I stumbled upon this recipe in the midst of a chocolate craving and it turned out to be seriously satisfying (and easy).
3 Bananas (avoid using ones that are too ripe or green)
Chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, white – your choice)
Peel and slice bananas.
Spread peanut butter between slices and sandwich together.
Place on baking sheet and put in the freezer until totally frozen (about an hour)
Take frozen banana and peanut butter sandwiches out of the freezer and carefully dip each one in the melted chocolate (I used 2 forks for this). Make sure they are completely coated in chocolate.
Return your freshly coated sandwiches to the baking sheet.
At this point they’re ready to eat. If you have any leftover simply store them in the freezer until your next craving!
If you want to jazz them up a bit try adding sprinkles, coconut or Nutella.
